Michelle Allison is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the Allison Law Firm.  Her family settled in Las Vegas after being stationed at Nellis AFB.  She was a National Merit Scholar and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1990.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999. 


Ms. Allison has experience in all aspects of civil litigation including arbitration, mediation and trial.  She has represented corporate and individual clients in personal injury, construction, probate, and commercial litigation matters.  She previously practiced insurance defense and civil rights law, particularly 42 USC §1983 cases. 

Ms. Allison is a proud participant in many charitable organizations.  She serves as a board member for Spread the Word Nevada, which gives books to children in low-income neighborhoods, and as a volunteer for After-School All Stars and Ted E. Vegas.  She has also done pro bono legal work for non-profit charitable and religious organizations.
